Although translation service involves much more time and effort than what customers normally perceive, the overall translation service is rather simple.
First, it is important for you to specifically decide on what you need to have completed. Whether it is a hardcopy or an electronic file, we can only provide the estimate after we see the object. You can send the file or document via fax, email, or postal mail.
Once we have seen the file or document, we will send the estimate to you. Then, if you are satisfied with the estimate, we can start working on the project as soon as the payment is made unless you are a privileged client.
For deferred payments, we can start working on the project when we receive purchase order or work order.
You can make your payment with either credit card or personal check.
